I led the redesign of the Salesforce Forecasting application. My responsibilities included advocating and leading user research efforts for the team to better understand our target users. Over the course of the project, I created a design based on 8 rounds of user testing with Sales VPs, Sales Managers, and Sales Operations roles. This testing ranged from low-fidelity storyboards used to validate concepts to high-fidelity, stateful prototypes focused on improving the usability of the design. In 2011, this new design was released to new customers - a major milestone for Salesforce.com's Sales product line.
